A vision beyond building condos; we aim to build community

What a big week here at Luminato! The Landry French team began to pour the foundation and we installed 15 banners featuring photos of Portland Ballet dancers along our building site on Franklin Street. Clearing the site for Luminato to rise

Luminato is underway! The building site at the corner of Newbury and Franklin Streets has been cleared to make way for a new residential community. Several unique elements of the existing homes were removed and shared with a family that grew up in this home. Then, the Portland Fire Department used the buildings, uninhabitable for a long time, for training drills.
