Luminato residents will appreciate the exceptional dedication to energy efficiency demonstrated by developer Erin Cooperrider. She was recently interviewed by Green Building Advisor about the Village Center Housing Project in Brewer, Maine. A 54,000-square-foot building, it is one of the largest “Passivehaus” housing projects in the country. Erin is development director for Community Housing of Maine, and has recently also joined NewHeight Group, bringing her years of experience in developing residential projects that are affordable energy-efficient and cutting edge.
