The Portland Arts Challenge is about forming relationships with your neighbors, discovering Portland’s diverse arts scene, and having fun. And there are prizes too! Teams will compete to attend the most number of Portland cultural events in the month of March, and the winning team will be crowned ‘The Arts Champions of Portland.'”
