TEMPOart, a new public art program that will feature a variety of curated artworks in public “Places of Transition” throughout Portland will present its inaugural installation in Lincoln Park, just a block from Luminato. To be installed this June for approximately one year, the first piece by artist Judith Hoffman aims to engage audiences in the important conversations about Portland’s history and future. Luminato residents will enjoy Judith’s artwork from their homes, as huge windows in every unit overlooks Lincoln Park and the Portland skyline beyond.
