Did you know the extensive Portland Trails network comes within a half mile of every resident of Portland? Residents of Luminato will be just three blocks from the start of the Eastern Prom Trail. We’re pleased to be providing a Portland Trails membership to every new buyer, starting with the first homeowners under contract. Portland Trails hosts events—such as the recent annual GORP party around the corner at Arabica and the upcoming Trail to Ale 10K race/walk—as well as maintaining 70 miles of trails and green space.
