The mail room at 118 on Munjoy Hill is similar to what is planned for Luminato.
A dedicated mailroom is an often-overlooked amenity, yet in today’s world where so much shopping is done online, it’s a bonus to have a room in which packages are safely stored and out of sight. FedEx and UPS are given codes to enter the building and deliver mail and packages. This is also a good spot for a community bulletin board with building news for residents as well as notices for happenings in the neighborhood.
