Guest Room
The guest room is similar to having a hotel room in the building, except it is only for use by friends and family visiting Luminato residents. It requires a simple online reservation system and the checkout date lets the property manager and cleaning crew know when to change it over. The Home Owners’ Association will determine the fee and the exact policies on who may use it and for how long. (For example, no one gets to book it on Thanksgiving for 5 years in a row.)
